The Kozytskyi Charity Foundation delivered 20 Besomar-3210 strike drone systems to the elite “Artan” active operations unit of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate. Each system includes a launch platform, a ground control station, specialized antennas, and an uninterrupted power supply unit for autonomous operation.

“Supporting Ukraine’s Defense Forces is our responsibility. The victory of tomorrow depends on the responsibility of each of us today. I am grateful to our Defenders for their service, resilience, and for making it possible for us to live and work in Ukraine,” said Zinovii Kozytskyi, founder of the Kozytskyi Charity Foundation.

The drones have proven their reliability in combat conditions. Designed as fixed-wing strike UAVs in the air-to-ground class, they can remain airborne for up to two and a half hours, reach altitudes of up to 4 kilometers, and achieve speeds of up to 160 km/h. Their operational range is between 50 and 60 kilometers.

“We have increased the budget for programs focused on acquiring high-tech intelligent solutions in order to provide even greater support to Ukraine’s Defense Forces. We have placed these UAV systems in capable hands — the elite ‘Artan’ active operations unit. The total value of the systems is UAH 3.3 million,” noted Stepan Kozytskyi, co-founder of the Foundation.

“Our drone offers several competitive advantages. First, it uses AI-assisted target acquisition. It also features a digital control system that is resistant to electronic warfare interference, a digital video link, and excellent gliding capabilities that allow it to stay airborne longer. In addition, the system has a unique feature — an air brake,” explained Roman Shemechko.

The partnership between the Kozytskyi Charity Foundation and Besomar has been ongoing since October 2024, when the cooperation agreement was signed. In 2025 alone, the partnership enabled the purchase and delivery of 100 UAV systems to two separate anti-aircraft missile and artillery regiments of the Ukrainian Ground Forces. The Foundation also financed operator training at a modern UAV Training Center, while Besomar provided additional hands-on instruction in real-world operational conditions.
