06.01.2024

Our military received 50 FPV kamikaze drones, 2 DJI Mavic 3 quadcopters, and additional equipment worth over 1.5 million hryvnias as part of the new project of our foundation - "Birds of Victory".

The transfer of drones under the "Birds of Victory" project took place with the participation of the Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration, Maxym Kozitskyi. The units of the Luhansk Border Guard received them from the Hero of Ukraine, Staff Sergeant Dmytro Kushnir.

Under the guidance of foundation’s instructors, training was organized for pilots for control and combat use of drones. Additional equipment was also provided, enabling operators to work in various combat conditions: urban, wooded, or hilly areas.

The average flight range of these drones is up to 12 km, depending on weather conditions. The payload capacity is 1 kg, allowing effective targeting of enemy forces, equipment, EW (electronic warfare) means, communication, and observation. The drone can carry both high-explosive and armor-piercing charges.

More information is available on the Facebook page of the Luhansk border guard detachment.

We wish our defenders effective and successful use of these drones, and we believe in victory!
