The Kozytskyi Charity Foundation, during the spring holy month, organized a series of events dedicated to traditional Easter egg painting. 

Art-therapeutic pre-Easter masterclasses were held in twenty-three consolidated territorial communities of the Lviv region.

Fallen soldiers' mothers painted Easter eggs in memory of their sons.

Over 400 women created multiple pysanky each.

In addition to egg painting, there were elaborate Easter baskets and delicious "author's cuisine" Easter bread (paska).

Since ancient times, pysanky have held a healing function, and we believe that even today they can momentarily soothe the "scars of pain" of mothers who have lost their sons.
