A large-scale solidarity initiative was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, the Support Action Ukraine (SAU) Association, and the Permanent Representation of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, together with international partners.
The Kozytskyi Charity Foundation acted as a patron of concert performances by the National Ensemble of Soloists of Ukraine Kyiv Camerata in France (Strasbourg) and Denmark (Copenhagen). Dedicated to the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, these cultural events continued a European dialogue grounded in shared values and presented a profound artistic reflection on war, affirming the strength and resilience of the Ukrainian people.
Today, Ukrainian culture serves as both our manifesto and our message to the world: we exist, we are capable, and we will prevail.

The keynote address was delivered by Oleksandra Matviichuk, human rights defender and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, recipient of the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize. “Hope is not the certainty that everything will be fine. It is a deep understanding that all our efforts matter,” she noted.
“Ukrainian music must resonate as proof of our resilience and strength. Despite years of war, Ukraine continues to present artistic works of such depth and professionalism that the world holds its breath. We are honored to support the National Ensemble of Soloists of Ukraine Kyiv Camerata on the European stage on the fourth anniversary of the full-scale invasion, because our culture is an essential element of national security,” emphasized Zinovii Kozytskyi, founder of the Kozytskyi Charity Foundation.
