Foundation Delivers 100 UAV Systems to Ukraine’s Air Defense

24.02.2024

The 1020th Separate Reconnaissance Aviation Regiment and the 39th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) along with ground control stations, launch systems, and monitoring equipment. The foundation also financed operator training at a cutting-edge UAV Training Center, while Besomar provided hands-on training for operators in real combat conditions.

The Besomar3210 UAVs are high-performance strike interceptors with fixed-wing designs. These drones can remain airborne for up to 2.5 hours, reach altitudes of up to 4 km, and achieve speeds of 160 km/h. At an altitude of 1 km, the UAV can glide up to 10 km with its engine off. The operational range is 50–60 km. Notably, the Besomar3210 features an air brake, a unique characteristic that enhances maneuverability. A major advantage for the military is the drone’s ability to recharge even in combat conditions.

"It is the duty of businesses to support our Army for as long as necessary. We are defending our homeland—we have not left, nor have we relocated our companies abroad. We are here. We believe in Victory and continue to actively support the Armed Forces of Ukraine!" stated Zinovii Kozytskyi, founder of the Foundation.

"This project is just the beginning. This year, we are increasing our budget for targeted programs and the procurement of high-tech, intelligent solutions to support Ukraine’s Armed Forces even more effectively!" added Stepan Kozytskyi, co-founder of the Foundation.
